This scheme provides revenue funding at a range of levels for organisations and projects including:

1. organisational running costs for community bodies
2. one off contributions to projects with community benefit
3. summer play schemes
4. participation in Operation Raleigh or equivalent venture

This scheme provides capital funding – that is for one off items of expenditure on community buildings, small environmental improvements and IT equipment to support public access to public authority internet information and services. It is open to Parish and Town Councils, Parish Meetings and constituted community organisations.
