Performance and Audit
The Performance and Audit team are responsible for the provision of the Council’s performance management, risk management, internal audit, and insurance services.

Performance
Best Value Reviews, performance management, maintainance of all performance indicator information, maintainance of the Council's risk registers, representation of the Council at County Public Services Agreement meetings.
Internal Audit
Acts as an independent appraisal function, reviewing the activities of all services to ensure that sound systems and controls are in place and that the Council is protected from fraud or losses
Insurance
Insurance Services handles all the insurance needs of the Council, from arranging cover to providing a claims handling service.
