CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ASHBY ROAD ESTATE!
Despite the thunderstorms looming over head the Ashby Road Estates Community Association deserves a round of applause for the fabulous Community Fun Day and Junior Pop Idol competition held at the Hut today (22nd July).
The spirit of the estate shone through and children and adults alike had a great time. Congratulations to the winner of the contest Jordan and thanks to Andy Reed MP who joins me with Jordan in the photo above with the gold disc she is presented with, along with a day in the recording studio with the amazing singer Jackie Lee, who sang and compared the day.
Congratulations also go to Brenda & Peter Bruce and the ARECA committee members for working so hard to make the day happen.
