The Report on off-campus car parking now comes before the Charnwood Highways Forum on 2 April. The meeting is at 6.00pm in Rms 2/3 Charnwood Borough Council Offices. I can now report that County Council Officers have set in progress parking restrictions at both ends of Outwoods Drive. I received notice on 11th January, and have been in touch with David walker and Ron Jukes. The Members' Group of the Highways Forum meets on 16th. So far it is clear no one system would fit all, and in Nanpantan, with exception of Coniston Crescent, many feel the present system works if it is properly enforced.
