Cabinet Responsibilities

PARTNERSHIPS, CUSTOMER SERVICES & THE ARTS

• Build on the good track record of Benefits & Revenues and in particular with work on the take up of Benefits & Dreict Debits.
• Work with other Cabinet members in raising the Council's game on customer interactions and in particular with the extension of the Customer Service Development Network and improved switchboard response times.
• Ensure maximum publicitiy for and understanding of successful partnership projects.
• Design Champion.
• Implement Arts Strategy Actions.
• Develop the attraction of Loughborough and Charnwood to visitors and residents using Cahrnwood Promotions as appropriate.
• Promote and develop Town Hall programme, events and catering within sound business plan.
• Roll out online leaflets and continue to withdraw old logo.
