Customer Satisfaction Feedback

Through our GovMetric facility customers can give us their feedback at the point they receive our services. In our Southfields’ reception area customers can use the “How did we do?” panel to rate the service they have received; when our customers call us on the telephone they are asked at the end of the call if they would like rate the service using the buttons of their keypad; and on our website customers can click on the smiley faces at the bottom of each page to rate the information on that page. Whichever method is used it is completely anonymous.
