- Work towards achieving our vision of what Charnwood should be like by 2015 (see Corporate Plan to 2011/12)
- Improve our Planning, Policy and Decision Making
- Encourage greater participation (including hard to reach groups)
- Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Encourage residents’ ownership of their council and community
- Shape our services to the needs and aspirations of its users
- Become known as a listening Council.
