• Work towards achieving our vision of what Charnwood should be like by 2015 (see Corporate Plan to 2011/12)
• Improve our Planning, Policy and Decision Making
• Encourage greater participation (including hard to reach groups)
• Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction
• Encourage residents’ ownership of their council and community
• Shape our services to the needs and aspirations of its users
• Become known as a listening Council.
