Appointment of Contractors and Consultants for Construction Projects

The Council’s programme of construction works is carried out largely through external contractors and consultants. The Council maintains select lists of both contractors and consultants for various categories of work from which tender lists are drawn up for specific projects. Companies or practices wishing to be considered for inclusion on the lists will need to be able to provide good work and financial references.
