The Council has prepared a development brief for the area of Loughborough town centre which includes Devonshire Square, Granby Street Car Park, Wards End, Bedford Square and part of Queens Park. The Council has adopted this brief as a Supplementary Planning Document.
The documents may be downloaded below. The documents are also available as hard copy on request.

The documents were adopted on Monday 26th March 2007.
