How long does a search take?

We aim to reply to standard searches in 10 working days or less, however we usually return a lot sooner, the average turnaround time being about 5 working days.

Do I need a plan?

For a property or site with a numbered postal address it is not essential to submit a plan with your search enquiry, but it is always advisable to submit one to ensure accuracy. For all other property and land you must submit a plan.

What is your fee? When will it increase?

The current standard search fee is £104.00. The fee is reviewed on the 1st April of each year.
