Land and Properties in Air Quality Management Areas in Charnwood

The following is a list of the land and properties declared in 2004 as covered by the three Air Quality Management Areas within the Borough of Charnwood.

Loughborough

The land of the following highways and all publicly owned land within 10 meters of the kerbside of each highway:

  • Leicester Road (From the Crematorium entrance to High Street)

  • Derby Road (From The Rushes to Warwick Way)

Great Central Railway

The area around the Great Central Railway that has been declared is based on computer modelling of the emissions from the railway locomotives at the engine sheds.
