About Charnwood

Charnwood sits centrally in the triangle formed by Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. Just over one third of the 155,000+ population live in the thriving university town of Loughborough. Of the remaining two thirds, many live in larger villages/small towns of the Soar and Wreake valleys and on the edge of Leicester. The Borough of Charnwood is divided into 28 wards. Contact Centre Bank Holiday Opening Times

The Contact centre will be open at the following times over the August Bank Holiday

Saturday 23rd August OPEN 8am to 1pm (normal hours)

Monday 25th August CLOSED

Tuesday 26th August OPEN 8am to 8pm

Outside these hours-Housing/ Emergency calls will be handled within the "24/7" CCTV operation as normal
