A free tenant finder service for landlords....
The Tenant Finder Service is a new initiative offered by Charnwood Borough Council. The aim of the scheme is to provide a sustainable and settled future for families in housing need.
If you own a property within the Borough of Charnwood and are considering letting the property, our Tenant Finder Service could help!
Our service aims to simplify what can be a stressful experience. Tenant Finder will assist you through the whole of the letting process, from introducing you to a prospective tenant to signing the tenancy agreement.

- Free tenant finder service
- Free tenancy agreement & relevant notices
- Free landlord advice (provided by The Bridge Housing Services)
- Free on-line registration facility
- First months rent paid in advance
- Ongoing landlord support for the duration of the tenancy
The conditions of the Tenant finder Service:
- Proof of property ownership
- Property must meet the decent homes standard (as updated to reflect the Housing Health And Safety Rating System)
- Initial tenancy period must be a minimum of 12 months
- Must be willing to accept housing benefit recipients
- Valid 12 month gas safety certificate
- Valid NICEIC electricity certificate

Landlords who have registered with our site can use the Property Registration Form to post new properties for inclusion in the listing.
