All of the above gentle aerobics, circuits and aqua sessions are exclusive to referral members, so there will be no other members of the public in attendance.
The downstairs area of the fitness suite is exclusive to Exercise Referral and also Active Life (Over 50 years activities) participants in the Thursday gym session. However, please note that the public can still use the weights in the upstairs section of the fitness suite.
The gym session on a Saturday morning is open to all members of the public.
