Charnwood Borough Council Arts Development Grant Scheme
Date of Release: Tue 4th October, 2005
The Borough Council launched this scheme in January 1997, to fund projects, events and activities, which will develop more opportunities for people to experience and participate in the arts in the Borough. Applications can be submitted throughout the year.
The main objectives are to involve the whole community, to create new opportunities, events, performance’s, and to raise the profile and range of arts activities in Charnwood. The initial priorities are working with young people, involving professional artists, encouraging people to participate and work in a variety of art forms.
