How does the service work?

Telephone Payments (during office hours)

If you would prefer to talk to a member of staff at the Council in order to make payment, please telephone 01509 634567. The member of staff will use the online payment service on your behalf to process the payment. Online authorisation will take place so the member of staff can provide you with the confirmation. In addition, if you provide an email address, you will be sent an email as payment confirmation.

Which cards can I use?

These are the debit/credit cards we accept.

Please note - we are unable to accept American Express and Diners Cards.
