Throughout April 2008 we askedthe people visiting our Loughborough and Soar Valley Leisure Centres to tell us what they think about them.

Along with our partners SERCO, we asked visitors to complete a short survey that included questions relating to the quality of the facilities and the level of service they received from staff.
