Affordable Housing Economic Viability Assessment

Charnwood Borough Council have commissioned Three Dragons to undertake an Affordable Housing Economic Viability Assessment. This assessment will inform the Local Development Framework policy on affordable housing and also inform negotiations on individual planning applications.

The assessment will be available to download here when it is completed.

Three Dragons held a Workshop with developers, landowners and Registered Social Landlords to test and consider the assumptions underpinning the viability assessment. The notes from this workshop are available to download below:
