Consideration of Representations (Stage 4)

The representations made with regard to the draft SPD were summarised and a response was made to those representations. These, along with recommendations to amend the draft SPD, were considered and approved by a meeting of Cabinet held on 1st September 2005.

Public Participation (Stage 3)

A draft Affordable Housing SPD was published for consultation between 27th May and 8th July 2005. A sustainability appraisal and a statement of consultation were published alongside the draft SPD:
