'Creative children and adults weekend art workshops for Charnwood' Charnwood Arts, with the support of Charnwood Borough Council's Art Service, Charnwood Museum, and Leicestershire County Council, are running weekend art workshops in term time. These creative Saturday workshops are held at Charnwood Museum, Queens Park, Loughborough. They are run by professional artists. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience more than just basic art skills. The workshops will open your eyes to a whole new aspect of the arts! If you are interested in volunteering to gain valuable arts experience contact Charnwood Arts. Organisations

Charnwood Arts

Charnwood Arts is a voluntary managed and professionally staffed local arts development organisation. It works throughout the Borough with a range of groups and organisations to encourage participation in the arts. They promote a year round programme of professional performance in music, theatre and dance, organise the annual Charnwood Festival and generate a wide range of local exhibitions and projects. Charnwood Arts arranges competitions in the visual arts, literature and music on an annual or bi-annual basis.
