To pay your Business Rates by Direct Debit simply complete the form enclosed with your bill or payment slips. You can also access the form below. Print out and complete the form, return it to us, and let us do the rest.

To make a Business Rates payment by BACS please quote the following:

Followed by the account number shown on the front of your bill or notice. It is most important to make sure that this number is quoted on all remittance advices as we may experience difficulty in crediting your account if it is missed out.

By Post

Cheques should be made payable to 'Charnwood Borough Council'. Please write your account number, as shown on your bill or notice, on the back of your cheque or postal order. Receipts are only issued if requested. Please do not send cash through the post.

At the Council Offices, Southfields, Loughborough between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday (4.00pm on Friday).
