Charnwood Council Leaseholders & Tenants Association

CCLATA, the Charnwood Council Leaseholders and Tenants Association represent all Council tenants and leaseholders in the Borough. They meet once a month to discuss matters of interest and are one of the key bodies involved in housing department consultations.

We Really Need Your Help!
The Council has asked us here at CCLATA for our views on all sorts of issues that relate to the housing services, such as:

• Tenancy Changes
• Repairs Standards
• Antisocial Behaviour
• The future of how the Council’s Housing Service is run
• Housing Policies and Procedures

Whilst we always try to put forward our honest views on behalf of Charnwood Borough Council Tenants and Leaseholders, we need to know whether it’s what you think!

We believe that just a few tenants and leaseholders expressing their view is better than no views at all!!!

So we’re always trying to recruit "Tenant Representatives and Leaseholders from Home" so that many more of your voices and views as tenants are heard!!

Tenant Representatives and Leaseholders from Home

Being a Tenant or Lease Holder Rep from Home means you can be involved in improving the Housing service you receive without leaving home. No meetings, committees, events or presentations unless you want to.

None of your neighbours need to know if you do not want them to.
