Charnwood Events Forum
The Charnwood Events Forum was set up so that the local partnerships i.e. CBC, Police, Fire, Ambulance and Leicestershire Highways can all share any information on known events taking place in Charnwood.
The Forum is also able to assist event organisers with the planning of their event, by inviting them to come along to a meeting to discuss and advise on any issues they may have.
You may need a Temporary Road Closure for your event, and advice on this can be found at this link.
