Have Your Say! Here at the Museum we place great value on providing an excellent service to our customers and we want you to help us to make sure that we continue to do so by taking part in a short survey.

We have written a number of key service standards by which we can be judged.These have been based on the things that visitors and potential visitors have told us are most important.

Charnwood Museum is a very successful community museum managed in partnership between the Environment and Heritage Services Department of Leicestershire County Council and the Leisure and Environment Department of Charnwood Borough Council.
