Council Tenants Advice & Support
Charnwood Borough Council's Almo
Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which has been formed to manage Charnwood Borough Council's housing stock - this will allow the council to focus on the housing needs of the borough as a whole.
All councils in England have to bring their homes up to the government’s Decent Homes Standard. Charnwood Borough Council needs around £44million to bring our homes up to this standard.
