Customer Service Standards

Our Corporate Plan identifies the need to improve satisfaction with the Council and to raise our customer service standards. How we plan to do this is described in our Customer Service Strategy.

As part of our Customer Service Strategy we have set service standards for a range of the services we provide which are published as fact sheets and are available to download below. These Standards detail how our customers will be treated when they contact us and the minimum standards they can expect to receive from each of the individual service areas. We need and value your feedback so if you would like to comment you can do so below.
