Customer service standards

Our Corporate Plan identifies the need for us to improve customer satisfaction and raise our service standards. How we plan to do this is described in our customer service strategy.

As part of our strategy we have set standards for a range of the services we provide which are published as fact sheets and are available to download below.

Customer care standards

Aside from our customer service strategy and customer service standards, we have adopted customer care standards. These define our approach to customer care and the standards of customer care that the public receive when they contact us.
