Local authorities across Leicestershire & Rutland have adopted a Local List of Planning Application Requirements. This list along with a national list identifies all the items that should accompany a planning application.

The Planning Service prepares the Council's overall planning policies to guide development in the borough. These policies are then implemented when decisions are made on planning applications.
