You can check whether the Council has issued an Enforcement Notice, Planning Contravention Notice, Breach of Condition Notice and Listed Building Enforcement Notice on your property or in the vicinity of a location by using the council's interactive on-line mapping facility.

Planning notices explained.
To use the interactive maps PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS on the IMAP user guide. To access information on Enforcement Action the Council has taken you will need to do the following:
- 1. open IMAP
- 2. input an address then choose 'Find'.
- 3. tick the Planning Enforcement layer on the left hand side of the screen
- 4. If an area is highlighted green an enforcement notice has been served.
- 5.choose 'info' at the bottom of the screen and click within the highlighted area. Further details will be available in a pop up screen
