Exempt Properties

The information on this page only applies to households that on agreement with the Council remain on sacks and green glass box collections.

Purple sacks will no longer be delivered on a semi-annual basis. You will now receive a like for like replacement service; for example, if you present three purple sacks of recycling, you will be left with three empty purple sacks to be used on your next recycling collection day.

You can still recycle the same materials as you used to. For more information on what goes in the purple sack please follow this link  

You can still recycle your glass jars and bottles in your green recycling box. Please remove any lids.

 Please present your mind sacks on your recycling collection day next to your purple sacks and green box. A replacement mind sack will be left for every full mind sack presented on collection day.
