Fact Sheets for Council Services

More and more frequently people are getting used to doing their business and finding out information 24 hours a day seven days a week.

In order to keep up with this demand the Council is aiming to produce fact sheets for most of its services and the following documents are the first of these.

We also have service standards for a range of the services we provide. These are designed to advise you of the service you can expect from us and are available in a downloadable format.
