RSS Feeds
What Is RSS?
RSS (most commonly expanded as Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it, including big names like BBC News.
What Do I Need to Do to Read an RSS Feed?
An RSS reader of some sort is included in most modern web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and email software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird). Please use the 'help' option in your browser/email software for more information on the options you may have. You can also find a variety of RSS readers online which vary in cost and functionality.
