FEE TO SEEK CONFIRMATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH PLANNING CONDITIONS

On 6th April 2008 legislation was introduced to require a fee to be payable where a written request is made for written confirmation that one or more conditions imposed on the same planning permission have been complied with.

The fee is £85.00 per request or £25.00 where the permission is in respect of extending or altering a dwellinghouse or other development in the curtilage of a dwellinghouse.

If conditions are requested to be discharged seperately then a fee for each request is payable. A standard form is also available and can be submitted on-line via the Planning Portal or a pdf document can be downloaded.
