Garden Waste Collection Application Option 1
ONLINE Application Form to join the Garden Waste Collection Scheme and elect to pay using Option 1 the Direct Debit method of payment.
The cost of the service is £15.00 a year for customers who wish to pay annually by Direct Debit. We are still in the process of implementing this change (see notes below) and at this time can only accept payments using a payment card on-line, cash or cheque.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Following receipt of your payment we will contact you again with details of how you can set up your Direct Debit for the service.
- Your Garden Bin will be delivered within 28 days.
This form is for new garden waste customers only. Existing customers will be contacted shortly about renewing their subscription at the reduced rate of £15.
Charles Bentley & Son, the brush manufacturer of Loughborough, have kindly donated 1860 brooms to encourage residents of Charnwood to subscribe to the garden waste collection service, and these will be given away to the first 1860 subscribers from 15th March 2010. If you'd like to take advantage of this offer, please make sure you have made the necessary selection on the form.
