Leicester and Leicestershire Growth Infrastructure Assessment

Local Authorities in Leicester and Leicestershire commissioned Roger Tym & Partners to prepare a Leicester and Leicestershire Growth Infrastructure Assessment for the Housing Market Area. This assessment considers the infrastructure implications of housing and jobs growth in the Housing Market Area up to 2026.

The assessment shows, at a high level, the infrastructure requirements that arise from growth; how much this infrastructure costs; how this infrastructure might be funded and how the infrastructure requirements of growth might be delivered. The assessment will form an important part of the evidence base for the Local Development Framework.
