HOUSING APPEALS
The council operates an appeals procedure for homeless applicants and Housing Register applicants.
If you disagreee with the decision made by the council, you have the right to appeal against the decision. The Homeless and Allocations Appeals factsheet provides information about the procedure for the review of decisions.
