How To Apply

Complete the application form, available online in PDF format or as a black and white word document or alternatively collect from the following venues:

  • Leisure Services, Charnwood Borough Council, Southfields, and Loughborough;
  • Loughborough Leisure Centre, Browns Lane, Loughborough;
  • Soar Valley Leisure Centre, off Kingfisher Road, Mountsorrel;
  • Tourist Information Centre, Loughborough Town Hall, Loughborough;
  • South Charnwood Swimming Pool, Syston;
  • The form can be part completed on line, but you will need to print it off to sign and return it;
  • Don't forget to attach your photograph and a school stamp if you live outside the Borough or receive free school meals;
  • Post or take your form to Leisure Services, Charnwood Borough Council, Southfields, Loughborough, LE11 2TT, or take it to any of the above facilities.
