Leisure Centres Customer Service Standards Survey

Have Your Say! Here at the Council we place great value on providing an excellent service to our customers and we want you to help us to make sure that we continue to do so by taking part in a short survey.

We have written a number of key service standards for our Leisure Centre Facilities by which we can be judged.These have been based on the things that visitors and potential visitors have told us are most important.

We would like you to help us to see if we have got these right by identifying what is most important to you when you visit one of our Leisure Centres and whether or not we are living up to the standards we have set for ourselves. there are two areas of the service we would like to think about - the facilities at our leisure centres and the activities /session we run.
