Loughborough in Bloom Competition Details
It is hoped with the support of residents and local businesses, Loughborough can win a title in East Midlands in Bloom. As part of the bid, a number of competitions were launched as follows:
Best Blooming Garden Competition
Entries for both front and rear gardens accepted.
Winners were presented with £100 and a trophy, engraved with the year and the winner’s name. Second and third prize-winners will receive garden vouchers of £15 and £10 respectively. (Prize donated by the Loughborough Town Centre) Partnership.

Best Blooming Pub / Hotel / Restaurant Competition
Best Blooming Business Competition
A competition to find the Best Blooming Pub / Hotel / Restaurant and the Best Blooming Business which is open to all businesses in the town.
Winners were presented with a certificate and trophy, engraved with the year and the winner’s name.

Best Blooming Picture Competition
For those with a creative eye.
A competition for the best pictures or photographs that puts Loughborough in Bloom in the frame!
A picturesque photo or work of art from locations around the town that captures stunning floral displays or wild flowers from all seasons.
The winner was presented with £150. (Prize donated by the Loughborough Town Centre Partnership)
