Local Land Charges - Personal Search

A personal search is where the person requesting a search visits the Land Charges office to inspect the Local Land Charges registers in person. A personal search only consists of a search of the Local Land Charges registers and no replies will be given to the Con 29 enquiries. The Personal searcher will notice given anything in writing by the Land Charges staff. Before attending the offices to carry out a personal search it is necessary to contact the Land Charges office to make an appointment. Please see The Guidelines.
