If you lose your card, please contact Neighbourhood Services using the details below. You will need to purchase another card, the expiry date of which will be from the issue date of your new card i.e. 12 months.

Card Renewal

• The WILD card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• You will be reminded to renew you card approximately 4 weeks in advance of your expiry.
