Lost Card

If you lose your card, please contact Leisure Services on 01509 634836 or e-mail leisure@charnwood.gov.uk. You will need to purchase another card, the expiry date of which will be from the issue date of your new card i.e. 12 months.

Card Renewal

• The WILD card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• You will be reminded to renew you card approximately 4 weeks in advance of your expiry.
