Local Land Charges – NLIS (National Land Information Service)
Charnwood Borough Council is now linked to the National Land Information Service (NLIS). LLC1 and CON29 searches can be submitted to the Local Land Charges using this service. Charnwood’s Land Charges service is at
Level 3 of NLIS which means that applications can be submitted and returned
