PLEASE NOTE: On the first page where an 'ACCOUNT NUMBER' is requested this refers to your Council account or reference number and NOT to your bank account number.

You can go straight into the on-line payments system to pay for the following:

  • Council Tax
  • Housing Rent
  • Business Rates
  • Council Mortgage
  • Debtor Invoices (such as Garden waste bin renewals; pitch fees; unit rent & service charges; leaseholder service charges)
  • Housing Benefit Overpayment
  • Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing Invoices
  • Miscellaneous Income (i.e. fixed penalty notices & contract parking)

You can also pay for the following services on-line. However, as additional information is required for these services please select the appropriate link and following the instructions provided:

Collection of Bulky Items
Garden Waste Collection Service (sign up or renew).

SWITCH recycling, reusing & Composting Project

Parking Contravention Notices (Parking Fines) are now payable to Leicestershire County Council and can be paid on-line or by telephone on 08458 450 450

If you are in a public place, we strongly advise that you make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your card details
