Open Spaces, Sport and Recreation Facilities Consultation 2009
![]()
The Council carried out a study to find out whether the current level of open space, sport and recreation facilities in Charnwood is sufficient in terms of quality, quantity and accessibility. In other words, does it meet the needs of local people?
The findings of this study have been used to influence decisions on how and where your money will be spent on local open spaces, sport and recreation facilities.
We had an online survey and wrote directly to clubs and schools, asking them to complete separate surveys and tell us their views on this issue.
If you would any other information about this consultation please e-mail us at leisure@charnwood.gov.uk
