Parks and Open Spaces

Parks and Green Spaces are the most democratic places in our towns and villages, everyone can use them - free of charge! They are also great places for walks.
If you want more information on walks generally, please go to the Walking for Health page of Charnwood Borough Council's website, where you will find lots of information about walks across the borough, or contact Nita Pearson on 01530 634594 about the Charnwood Borough Council walks programme.
Charnwood Borough Council are responsible for the management and maintenance of green spaces in Loughborough & in many villages across the Borough of Charnwood. See the Navigation on the left of this page to access more information relating to this area of the website.
Loughborough's Queen's Park is managed and maintained by the Council. Parks in many of the villages & Towns across the Borough are usually maintained by the local town or parish councils.
