Partnership Working
Charnwood Borough Council recognises that working in partnership with other key agencies, communities and individuals can be a great way of achieving shared goals ensuring that they work together to ‘Make Life Better’ for everyone in Charnwood. This is also reflected by Charnwood Together, the Local Strategic Partnership and one of the Councils key partnerships.
Partnership working is key to good communication and support. The Borough Council have a Partnership Strategy which includes the successful Partnership Manager scheme which allocates all key partners including Parish and Town councils with a special point of contact within the council.
The Council have created Effective Partnership Working Guidance Notes to ensure that the Patnership Strategy is delivered. Through Partnership Agreements and Risk Assessments and Annual Reviews we will ensure that all Partnerships are accountable and achieve their goals.
