PAYMENT METHODS
The Council offers a variety of ways to pay your bills/invoices. A full list of what services you can pay for and how is provided in the explantory table at the bottom of this page. For more details on your preferred method of payment just click on the relevant link in the list below:
DIRECT DEBIT - This is the easiest way to make regular payments
ON-LINE PAYMENTS can be made online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
PLEASE NOTE: If paying by Credit Card after 31st March 2012 a 2.2% surcharge will be levied. All debit card transactions will remain free.
TELEPHONE PAYMENTS - Telephone our payments line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

PAYMENTS BY POST - Payments by cheque or postal order

BARCODED BILLS & INVOICES.


Pay your barcoded bill, invoice or rent card in cash for free at all PayPoint outlets (some may also accept debit cards, but may charge for this), while at Post Offices you can pay with cash, cheque or Debit Card for free.
