Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Register
The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 require that all premises where cooling towers and evaporative condensers are situated must register with their local authority.
The main purpose is to identify areas where there is a risk of the spread of infectious disease (For example, Legionnaire's Disease).
