The Council is committed to ensuring that the services it provides best meet the needs of the Borough's residents, businesses, public services (e.g. Health, Police, Charities) and visitors.
Understanding what people think about our services and where they live and their views on priorities for improvement helps to inform the decisions the Council has to make about policies and services. Consultation covers a wide range of activities that are used to gather this type of information, some of which is carried out by the Council itself and some is by other agencies.
