ALL facilities (with the exception of Granby Street which is open 24 hours per day 365 days per year) are open 7 days per week and are only closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

RADAR Keys

The council now provides RADAR keys free of charge to all disabled people in the Borough (proof of disability will be required to obtain a key). RADAR keys are part of a National Key Scheme set up by the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation to ensure that accessible toilets are kept safe and free from vandalism. There are more than 6,000 toilets around the Country that now use the Scheme.

The Borough Council currently has 15 National Key Scheme toilets (as denoted by the D on the table above).

RADAR keys are available from Charnwood Borough Council Offices, Southfields Road, Loughborough, (some form of identification and proof of disability will need to be required). For more information please call the Public Conveniences Manager on (01509) 634978.
