   PLEASE NOTE: If you can't find a specific category on the form for your report please select the option 'Other' which can be used for all other issues not listed.

   To report Environmental Health related issues/problems such as: Animal Welfare; Dog Control; Food Hygiene; Health & Safety; Housing (inc drainage); Noise; Pest Control; Pollution.
